We’re so glad you found us and look forward to working alongside you as you pursue improved mental well-being.
Peace of Mind Psychiatry is a virtual, provider-led practice offering individualized, boutique-style care. We treat a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, insomnia, and obesity.
We now offer medication-assisted weight management to support both mental and physical well-being. If you’ve experienced weight changes related to psychiatric medications or are navigating overweight or obesity alongside a mental health condition, we approach care with understanding and compassion. We believe that caring for the body is an important part of caring for mental health and overall wellness.
At Peace of Mind Psychiatry, our mission is to help you feel truly heard and cared for at every step of your treatment.
By fostering an environment of compassion and understanding, we aim to create a foundation where healing, growth, and lasting change can occur.
We listen.
We believe mental health care should feel approachable and supportive. Your goals matter, and we prioritize them by actively involving you in decisions about your care. Every step of the way, we work collaboratively so you feel informed, empowered, and in control of your treatment.
We provide psychiatric care through thoughtful medication management, lifestyle-focused counseling, brief therapeutic support, and patient education.
While we do not offer ongoing therapy within our practice, we work closely with a trusted network of skilled therapists and are happy to help connect you with additional support when needed.
Kierston and Kelley are psychiatric nurse practitioners with combined decades of experience treating patients with mental health conditions.

Peace of Mind Psychiatry provides mental health services for individuals ages 15 and older.
Peace of Mind Psychiatry operates as a self-pay practice and does not accept insurance plans. Our fees are $300 for a 60-minute initial psychiatric evaluation and $150 for follow-up visits. Payment is due at the time of service. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
We are a group of psychiatric nurse practitioners. A psychiatric nurse practitioner is a nurse with specialized education and training to evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders. This includes prescribing psychiatric medications in collaboration with a psychiatrist.
We do not offer in person appointments at this time.
